What to expect from an online doctor visit in Paris

A HealthClino consultation in Paris is a structured private video appointment for suitable non-urgent concerns. It is designed to be clear, clinically responsible and practical for people living in, working in or visiting Paris.

During the consultation

• The clinician confirms your identity and reason for contact
• You discuss symptoms, history and relevant context
• You receive guidance on next steps, including when in-person care is safer

After the consultation

• You leave with written or clearly explained next steps where provided
• Prescriptions or certificates are issued only if clinically appropriate and permitted
• If remote care is not enough, the clinician will tell you what to do next locally

Private téléconsultation can complement your médecin traitant pathway for suitable non-urgent concerns; it does not replace SAMU / 15 or 112.

Emergencies: call 112. For booking, use the form above or see book an appointment in Paris.
